Red Oak Garage Door Service and Repair LLC started in 2009 with one truck, one bay and a simple promise: show up when we say we will, and charge what we quoted.
Fifteen years later, that promise has carried us across Ellis County — through snapped springs, storm damage, late-night lockouts and a lot of very old doors. We are still family-owned, still based in Red Oak, and still answer the phone ourselves.
We are not the biggest garage door company in North Texas, and we are not trying to be. Most of our work comes from repeat customers and neighbours who pass our name along. That is the kind of business you can only earn one door at a time.
